The Ten Guardians
The Ten Guardians Series is about a world saved from the brink of extinction by ten members of a race of demigods. Although they are successful in their goals, the process took so long that they forgot about their true heritage. They became corrupted, lesser versions of themselves, subjugating the mortals they created and warring over territories. Their fighting culminates in the death of the guardians of life and death, creating undead revenants as the cycle of rebirth is interrupted. The leader of the guardians tries to correct the broken world but is stopped before he can complete his spell, becoming lost in the movement of time in the process.
Book 1: Sacrifice©
Sacrifice is the first book in The Ten Guardians series, and is about the fractured soul of an ancient dragon, manifested as an adolescent boy named Sparrow. With a forgotten past and an uncertain future, Sparrow begins to piece together clues about his identity as he navigates his new reality. While experimenting with his inconsistent arcane powers he is manipulated into making a grave mistake, putting the lives of everyone around him in jeopardy. He is rescued by a unique group of mixed mortals and begins a treacherous journey to find the rest of his corrupted soul. Will his restoration doom or save the world? Only time will tell.

Book 2: The Mother Tree©
The Mother Tree begins shortly after the last battle at the end of Sacrifice. The party of adventurers has several new goals to save the world and decided to separate into three groups to hasten their objectives. They very quickly realize that separating was a terrible decision. Through death and betrayal, they stumble through the mysteries of the past as the party is forced to regroup in order to resolve a temporal paradox of their own creation, and confront an ancient foe.
